While Cayo Caracoles is one of the most popular destinations, the selection of keys and stop locations will be determined by the captain on the day of the trip to provide the safest and most enjoyable experience possible.

Swimming and other water activities are optional and undertaken at each participant’s own risk. Guests are responsible for evaluating their own swimming abilities and physical condition before entering the water. USCG-approved life jackets are available on board.
Natural conditions, including water clarity, marine life, tides, wind, and weather, constantly change and cannot be guaranteed.
For safety reasons, the captain may modify the route, adjust stop durations, change destinations, or end the excursion early if conditions require it.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Caribbean Chiliboats and La Parguera Bioluminescent Bay Boat Tours are not responsible for lost, forgotten, stolen, or damaged personal property during the activity.
All participants must follow the captain’s instructions and comply with all safety requirements throughout the excursion. Failure to do so may result in termination of participation without refund.
